NL: Dit is de laatste update over de verstoring van 21-10-2026. De verstoring is opgelost en alle applicaties zijn sinds 21:42 weer volledig beschikbaar. Hiermee sluiten we dit incident af.

Wat er gebeurde Op 21-10-2026 werden twee kwetsbaarheden in PHP bekendgemaakt: CVE-2026-109618 en CVE-2026-109619. Een deel van onze applicaties draait op PHP. Op dat moment was nog niet duidelijk welke impact dit op onze omgeving kon hebben. Ons securityteam is direct een analyse gestart om de risico's en mogelijke maatregelen in kaart te brengen.

Waarom we de applicaties offline haalden Omstreeks 14:00 uur hebben we besloten alle PHP-applicaties tijdelijk offline te halen. Dit was een bewuste voorzorgsmaatregel, mede op advies van het Nationaal Cyber Security Centrum (NCSC). In zo'n situatie kiezen we voor veiligheid boven beschikbaarheid. Daardoor waren Remindo, Skillsly, Sowiso, RemindoBooking, RemindoContent, Competent, RemindoEVC en NHAPlaza tijdens de verstoring niet bereikbaar.

EN: This is the final update on the disruption of 21 October 2026. The issue has been resolved and all applications have been fully available again since 21:42 CEST. We are now closing this incident.

What happened On 21 October 2026, two vulnerabilities in PHP were disclosed: CVE-2026-109618 and CVE-2026-109619. Some of our applications run on PHP. At that point it was not yet clear what impact this could have on our environment. Our security team immediately started an analysis to assess the risks and identify possible mitigations.

Why we took the applications offline At around 14:00 CEST we decided to take all PHP applications temporarily offline. This was a deliberate precautionary measure, taken partly on the advice of the Dutch National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC). In a situation like this, we put security ahead of availability. As a result, Remindo, Skillsly, Sowiso, RemindoBooking, RemindoContent, Competent, RemindoEVC en NHAPlaza were unavailable during the disruption.

NL: De PHP-kwetsbaarheden waardoor we eerder vandaag onze applicaties uit voorzorg offline hebben gehaald, zijn inmiddels opgelost. Na het uitkomen van de benodigde patches hebben onze teams de nieuwe PHP-versie geïmplementeerd en onze applicaties hierop zorgvuldig getest. Deze tests zijn succesvol afgerond, waardoor alle applicaties weer live zijn en zoals gebruikelijk kunnen worden gebruikt.

EN: The PHP vulnerabilities that led us to take our applications offline as a precaution earlier today have now been resolved. Following the release of the necessary patches, our teams implemented the new PHP version and thoroughly tested our applications on it. These tests have been completed successfully, and all applications are now back online and can be used as normal.

We kunnen daarom op dit moment helaas nog niet inschatten wanneer dit definitief opgelost is. We zullen op deze pagina updates blijven delen.

EN: The PHP patches that resolve the issues in question have now been released. This allows us to work on a permanent solution that will ultimately enable us to bring our applications back online. We are doing everything we can to achieve this as quickly as possible, but we want to handle it with due care, and we are also dependent on third parties. Unfortunately, this means we are not yet able to estimate when the issue will be fully resolved. We will continue to share updates on this page.

NL: Ter bescherming van onze klanten en hun gegevens halen we de betreffende applicaties tijdelijk offline. Ze blijven offline totdat de kwetsbaarheid is verholpen en we hebben vastgesteld dat de omgeving veilig is. We verwachten na het doorvoeren van de patch onze applicaties langzaam weer online te kunnen brengen.

EN: To protect our customers and their data, we are temporarily taking the affected applications offline. They will remain offline until the vulnerability has been resolved and we have confirmed that the environment is secure. Once the patch has been applied, we expect to gradually bring our applications back online.

EN: Our team is still working to assess the risks and identify possible measures to mitigate them. We have currently blocked all upload functionalities. The affected applications are: Remindo, Skillsly, Sowiso, RemindoBooking, RemindoContent, Competent, RemindoEVC, and NHAPlaza. A patch will become available later today. We expect the affected applications to have implemented the relevant patch early in the evening.

NL: Gisteravond is bekend geworden dat er twee ernstige kwetsbaarheden in PHP zijn gevonden (bekend als CVE-2026-109618 en CVE-2026-109619). De technische details over de kwetsbaarheden zijn nog niet officieel bekend gemaakt. Op dit moment inventariseren we waar de risico's zitten en ondernemen wij alle acties die we kunnen om de risico's te mitigeren.

EN: Last night it was published that two serious vulnerabilities have been discovered in PHP (identified as CVE-2026-109618 and CVE-2026-109619).
